W zakresie danych biznesowych, które klienci (firmy transportowe i spedycyjne) wprowadzają do CoreTSL TMS, MKM Labs działa jako podmiot przetwarzający na podstawie umowy powierzenia z danym klientem.
2. Jakie dane zbieramy
- Serwis coretsl.com: dane z formularza kontaktowego (imię i nazwisko, e-mail, telefon, firma, treść wiadomości) oraz - po wyrażeniu zgody - anonimowe dane analityczne (Google Analytics 4 z Consent Mode v2).
- Konto w CoreTSL TMS: imię i nazwisko, służbowy adres e-mail, telefon, rola, hasło (przechowywane wyłącznie jako skrót bcrypt), dziennik logowań (data, adres IP, przeglądarka).
- Dane operacyjne klienta: zlecenia transportowe, kontrahenci, przewoźnicy, kierowcy, pojazdy, dokumenty przewozowe, faktury i płatności - wprowadzane przez użytkowników klienta.
- Import wskazany przez użytkownika: pliki Excel i CSV, skany PDF oraz wiadomości, które użytkownik wskaże do importu zleceń lub faktur. Są to dane operacyjne klienta. Zapis do systemu następuje po zatwierdzeniu przez użytkownika.
- Logowanie przez Google (zakresy
openid,email,profile): identyfikator konta Google, adres e-mail, imię i nazwisko, zdjęcie profilowe. - Połączenie skrzynki Gmail (zakres
https://mail.google.com/) lub Microsoft 365 / Outlook (zakresyIMAP.AccessAsUser.All,SMTP.Send,offline_access): adres e-mail skrzynki oraz tokeny dostępu OAuth.
3. Jak wykorzystujemy dane z Google i Microsoft
Połączenie skrzynki jest dobrowolne i uruchamia je sam użytkownik w panelu (Profil, Poczta). Dostęp do skrzynki wykorzystujemy wyłącznie do funkcji widocznych dla użytkownika w CoreTSL TMS:
- wysyłanie z adresu użytkownika (SMTP) wiadomości, które użytkownik sam tworzy lub zatwierdza w panelu: zleceń dla przewoźników, monitów o dokumenty przewozowe, faktur i korespondencji dotyczącej zleceń; kopia wysłanej wiadomości jest zapisywana w historii zlecenia;
- wyświetlanie w panelu folderów Odebrane i Wysłane oraz załączników (IMAP) na żądanie użytkownika, aby mógł powiązać korespondencję ze zleceniem. Wiadomości są pobierane na bieżąco i nie tworzymy trwałej kopii skrzynki.
Dane z Google i Microsoft nie są sprzedawane, nie są udostępniane reklamodawcom ani brokerom danych, nie są wykorzystywane do reklam, profilowania ani oceny zdolności kredytowej i nie są używane do trenowania ani ulepszania modeli sztucznej inteligencji. Pracownicy MKM Labs nie czytają treści wiadomości, chyba że użytkownik wyraźnie o to poprosi (zgłoszenie serwisowe), jest to konieczne ze względów bezpieczeństwa lub wymagają tego przepisy prawa.
CoreTSL's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Cele i podstawy prawne
- świadczenie usługi CoreTSL TMS i obsługa konta - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (umowa);
- bezpieczeństwo, dzienniki logowania, kopie zapasowe - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO (prawnie uzasadniony interes);
- księgowość i obowiązki podatkowe - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO;
- analityka serwisu i odpowiedzi na zapytania - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO (zgoda).
5. Komu przekazujemy dane
Wyłącznie podmiotom niezbędnym do świadczenia usługi: IONOS SE (hosting serwerów i bazy danych w Niemczech, UE), Cloudflare, Inc. (sieć CDN i ochrona przed atakami), Google LLC i Microsoft Corporation (gdy użytkownik sam połączy swoje konto), dostawcy poczty wybranemu przez klienta, a także organom państwowym, gdy wymaga tego prawo. Nie sprzedajemy danych osobowych.
6. Przechowywanie i bezpieczeństwo
- dane aplikacji są przechowywane na serwerach w Unii Europejskiej (Niemcy), każdy klient ma osobną bazę danych;
- cała komunikacja jest szyfrowana (TLS); tokeny OAuth i hasła do skrzynek pocztowych są dodatkowo szyfrowane w bazie algorytmem AES-256-GCM;
- dostęp do danych mają wyłącznie uprawnieni użytkownicy danego klienta oraz administratorzy MKM Labs w zakresie niezbędnym do utrzymania systemu.
7. Jak długo przechowujemy dane
- tokeny Google i Microsoft - do czasu odłączenia skrzynki przez użytkownika, cofnięcia dostępu w koncie Google lub Microsoft albo usunięcia konta; po odłączeniu są natychmiast usuwane z bazy;
- dane konta i dane operacyjne - przez okres trwania umowy z klientem, a następnie usuwane lub zwracane klientowi; dokumenty księgowe - przez okres wymagany przepisami;
- kopie zapasowe - są cyklicznie nadpisywane, a usunięte dane znikają z nich w kolejnych cyklach.
8. Prawa użytkownika i cofnięcie dostępu
Przysługuje Ci prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, sprzeciwu oraz cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie, a także prawo skargi do Prezesa UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). Wnioski: [email protected].

Serwis stosuje niezbędne pliki cookies (sesja, bezpieczeństwo) oraz - tylko za zgodą - cookies analityczne. Zgodę można zmienić w panelu cookies w lewym dolnym rogu strony. Aplikacja CoreTSL TMS używa wyłącznie niezbędnych mechanizmów przechowywania sesji. Serwis nie jest kierowany do dzieci.

Privacy Policy (English)
This policy explains what data the coretsl.com website and the CoreTSL TMS application (a transport and freight-forwarding management system available at coretsl.com/panel) collect, why, for how long, and what rights users have. Version 4.1 adds files and messages the user points at for order or invoice import. It expands version 4.0 of 2 October 2026.

For business data that customers (transport and forwarding companies) enter into CoreTSL TMS, MKM Labs acts as a processor under a data processing agreement with that customer.
2. Data we collect
- Website: contact form data (name, e-mail, phone, company, message) and, with consent, anonymous analytics (Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2).
- CoreTSL TMS account: name, business e-mail, phone, role, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), sign-in log (time, IP address, browser).
- Customer operational data: transport orders, customers, carriers, drivers, vehicles, transport documents, invoices and payments entered by the customer's users.
- Import the user points at: Excel and CSV files, PDF scans and messages that the user points at for order or invoice import are the customer's operational data. They are saved only after a person approves them.
- Sign in with Google (scopes
openid,email,profile): Google account ID, e-mail address, name and profile picture. - Gmail mailbox connection (scope
https://mail.google.com/) or Microsoft 365 / Outlook (IMAP.AccessAsUser.All,SMTP.Send,offline_access): the mailbox address and OAuth tokens.
3. How we use Google and Microsoft user data
Connecting a mailbox is optional and is started by the user in the panel (Profile, Mail). We use mailbox access only for user-facing features of CoreTSL TMS:
- sending (SMTP) from the user's own address the messages the user creates or approves in the panel: carrier orders, reminders for signed transport documents, invoices and order-related correspondence; a copy of each sent message is stored in the order history;
- displaying the Inbox and Sent folders and attachments (IMAP) on the user's request so the user can link correspondence to orders. Messages are fetched live; we do not keep a permanent copy of the mailbox.
Google and Microsoft user data is never sold, never shared with advertisers or data brokers, never used for advertising, profiling or credit decisions, and never used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models. MKM Labs staff do not read message content unless the user explicitly asks (support request), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

4. Sharing
Only with providers needed to run the service: IONOS SE (servers and databases in Germany, EU), Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN and attack protection), Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation (when the user connects their account), the mail provider chosen by the customer, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
5. Storage and security
Application data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany), in a separate database per customer. All traffic uses TLS; OAuth tokens and mailbox passwords are additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access is limited to the customer's authorized users and to MKM Labs administrators as strictly needed to operate the system.
6. Retention
Google and Microsoft tokens are kept until the user disconnects the mailbox, revokes access in their Google or Microsoft account, or the account is deleted; on disconnection they are deleted immediately. Account and operational data are kept for the duration of the customer contract and then deleted or returned; accounting records are kept as required by law. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
7. Your rights and revoking access
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). You can revoke mailbox access in CoreTSL (Profile, Mail, Disconnect) or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or account.live.com/consent/Manage / myapps.microsoft.com (Microsoft).
8. Cookies and changes
The website uses essential cookies and, only with consent, analytics cookies (manage them in the cookie panel). The app uses only essential session storage. Material changes are announced on this page. The service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
